We had hard time with the door keys. The keys to the room were not working properly. They should be activated every day or sometimes twice a day. That seems like was everybody’s problem. That was very uncomfortable for us. We ask the front desk why does this problem

Will never stay there again! As a business traveler you need reliable internet service, this place does not have it. Amenities are as bare bones as possible. Everything from the tissue paper to the sheets, and overall room appearance. Depressing and dreadful…Stayed there previously and was good but not sure how or why it went down in quality so quickly.
