"The property is clean and beautiful. I love the balcony views. I had the opportunity to stay on the bay side last year and ocean this year both are perfect views. The place is a perfect size, full kitchen dining area and living room area. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all perfect. The check in was easy and the staff were all nice and happy. "

"We loved our stay here! It was clean, beautiful, and quiet. My husband and I and our 4 children (ages 2-11) fit comfortably. I was worried about the noise reviews but it was quiet despite them being completely booked. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much. Staff was friendly, grounds were clean. There was an option to get our placed cleaned once during our 3 night stay but couldn't fit into their scheduled, so it didn't happen but that was okay. "Yes, you read that right. This is the perfect property - at least it was for us and our vacation. The location was great - on the waterway meant plenty of bird and wildlife viewing, a block away from the grocery store was convenient, and a block and a half walk from the beach made it easy to go there for sunsets every evening. It was also close/a short drive to many of the activities we wanted to do. The Treasure Island beach is not as built up with high-rise condos/hotels as the nearby areas...

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The directions to find the unit were a little challenging and we arrive super late so that didn’t help. But that was the only hiccup the whole time! Unit was very nice, clean, spacious, well decorated… towels provided, etc. The location is amazing! Walkable restaurants, the beach, CVS, etc. we had a great time and will be back!"

"It's a good place to stay. It's pretty small, about the size of a hotel room but it was big enough for the two of us. Had a couple of minor problems like there was a hole in one of the walls, and there was no coffee available like the listing said there would be. Also we had to ask for the beach towels that were supposed to be in the room. The view, the close beach, and the room's quietness made this a great stay, just not quite a 5 star perfect."
