"Place very clean and convenient to the beach! Just wish laundry was somewhere on site to wash towels at some point during stay. No fault to owner but the sprinkler system seemed a pain as every mid morning would be going off to where couldn’t sit outside or even get out the back door without being soaked."

"Amazing spot on Pass a Grille Bch. Small, multi-unit property with everything you need. You are in a residential neighborhood, that is quiet & peaceful with the beach just steps away. Beach chairs & umbrella provided. The beach feels like your own personal beach, as the touristy parts are north and south of the property. This was a much nicer & more intimate experience than a hotel room on the beach and Joan is a wonderful host. We are definitely coming back!"

"This efficiency apartment is well appointed,nicely decorated and just what we needed for our spring break getaway. Be aware that the shower temp is hard to regulate,we never really found the sweet spot, we both just used it as a hand held and showered quickly. The convenience of the location to the beach resturants,ice cream, coffee can't beat it. The common area is well maintained.The property manager called to check in. We had a car but wasn’t really needed… so much close by and we used the sun catcher bus to go downtown St Petersburg. "

"The condo was very clean and was just like what was in the pictures. The location can not be beat being right by the pool and a block from the beach. The ocean view is great to view beautiful sunsets. There are many restaurants within walking distance too. Rodger was great with communicating in a timely manner and answered all our questions. I would recommend staying here and we'll definitely be back in the future!"

"What a perfect location to stay, walking distance to the Beach and Many bars and restaurants. Condo was very clean and comfortable for 2 and the pool was just a short walk around the building. Only short fall was the CATV was extremely slow and difficult to search due to the speed."

"We came for a week for our anniversary, the condo was nice and clean, can use some fresh updated paint. Two nice coolers a umbrella if you need one, the beach chairs are the chairs that are small, my husband rented a lounge chair on the beach everyday. The mattress is pretty firm not comfortable and the pillows are awful need replacing. No extras in the kitchen as in salt pepper etc, there is a dollar tree kiddy corner and publix which came in handy. great area for restaurants and bars for...
