Located within walking distance to some of the most popular beach restaurants and venues in St Pete Beach! A short walk out to the heated community pool or walk to the beach in just a few minutes to put your toes in the gulf, take a beach chair sit back and relax. There are trolleys close by that can take you to Downtown St Pete, Pass a Grille or Clearwater. Close to John's Pass for even more restaurants and shopping. It is your choice to sit and relax or go exploring to different islands, museums, the micro breweries, movies and nightlife that the beach and downtown St Pete has to offer. Wall mounted smart TVs in the living room and the bedroom. A newly remodeled walk in shower. Stainless steel upgraded appliances in the kitchen. Sleeps 5: King size bed in bedroom, a pull out sleeper sofa in Living room (sleeps 2) and the ottoman unfolds into a twin bed (sleeps 1). A family oriented location. There is no smoking in the condo and pets are not allowed. Distance from Beach: Beach is located across a few parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water. Please see picture with Friendly Native Condos circled to gauge distance. Buildings 100-400 are around the pool, buildings 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This condo is in building 800. Central heat and air. Electronic door code for flexible check-ins Wi-fi, cable, linens & towels are included. Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals. Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of beach stores within walking distance. There is a BBQ area on site as well as bike racks. A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars. Shopping is close by. Many guests do not bring a car, however 1 parking pass is included, if needed! Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced. The rental unit was clean and great for my friend and I to spend a long weekend at St. Pete. The beach access was super close and the beaches were beautiful. Short walk to fun beach bars. Condo was very clean and comfortable for 2 and the pool was just a short walk around the building. Convenient location to beach; short walk to local restaurants too. We flew in from NC to visit friends we hadn't seen in years & needed a great location at a great price.....this place fit the bill perfectly for our needs. Only issue we had was getting ahold of the manager to get the code to use the pool. It took 6 hrs to find out the lock on the pool gate didnt work anyway. The condo was perfect for two people The kind sized bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the overall condition of the unit was very clean. The beach is just one block away from the unit and the pool is steps away as well. The owner's recommendations were great for good food. We enjoyed everything and look forward to visiting again. The location is off the main road l, so low traffic and pretty quiet at night. The walk to the beach is quick and convenient and the pool is absolutely perfect. The shuffle board court was fun to play on between beach trips! The unit is also perfect for two vacationers.
