"Awesome location! Great design."
I absolutely LOVED my stay. The staff at the front desk was nice. The room, even being a bit of the smaller size, was great. Flat-screen TV, great bed, and, my favorite, the shower. True, it doesn't give you much privacy, but it wasn't an issue for me personally, so I enjoyed the design. The whole place had a chill vibe to it - much preferred instead of the big fancy hotels. Oh, and the location is amazing!

"Great location & wonderful hotel."
Love the location, friendly staff & comfortable hotel. They thoughtfully left a small box of truffles on my bed as a welcome w/ a note. I loved it. The truffles looked liked they'd been traveling in a hot car so I didn't eat them but can imagine if they weren't melted & smooshed they would have been delish. The only complaint was the TVs on the treadmills in the gym. They don't work so it hampered my workout. What can I say I like to watch & walk.

"Posh, polite, and conveniently located"
My husband and I visited Chicago for the first time and stayed at The MileNorth Chicago Hotel. The room was clean, modern and comfortable and the staff was excellent. We were so impressed with how polite everyone was. Conveniently located a block away from Michigan Ave. we were within walking distance of so much and Gino's pizza was right next door...yummy. We had a blast and would absolutely recommend staying at The NorthMile.

"Wonderful Retro Hotel"
It was enjoyable to stay in a hotel nestled in the middle of a city that feels as though you dipped into the 1920s. A fun hotel with a wonderful restaurant and hotel staff. Bartender definitely knows how to mix the classic cocktails. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again the next time I visit Chicago!

"Fantastic downtown hotel in perfect location"
Had a fantastic experience at the Palomar. Staff were helpful (called Second City to get us comedy show tickets for that night); complimentary evening wine hour from 5-6pm was lovely; rooms were really tastefully decorated and in great condition; hotel was just a bit more unique re: decor that your traditional hotel; location is amazing - blocks from Mag Mile and river; right on the red subway line. We would absolutely go back and stay there again.

"Anniversary stay,"
My wife and I were fortunate in that we chose the Waldorf for our anniversary trip to Chicago .I guess the best way to describe our stay is to relate what my wife asked as we were departing, "Is there such a thing as being overly helpful?" The staff was very efficient and helpful. Every question asked was answered with extra ordinary politeness and if the answer was unknown, research was done and the answer was given post haste. The room was as expected from a hotel known and honored around the world. We were extremely pleased with our Waldorf experience and are looking forward to our next trip.
