"Nice hotel near everything."
Room was good, with a beautiful view on builings and a church. Insonorisation is good in general, but on saturday night we could hear music from the Vertigo, not so loud. I would recommend this hotel.0

"Nice boutique hotel with modern finishes."
This hotel has nice modern rooms and is in a perfect location near Michigan avenue shopping, the river and the lake. The staff was attentive and the lobby bar is comfy and street level for good people watching. The terrace bar was closed for the season. The only thing I would suggest would be to keep the terrace open through the fall, maybe with some propane heaters. Also, for tourists, create eating and shopping guide for the area (partner with these establishments for $ considerations?). Otherwise, we would be good with staying here again.

"Perfect location"
The location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance to most things. If not, there's the subway station three minutes walk away. We did use the subway and it was very easy to figure out. There are plenty of restaurants around and a nice pub/brewery with full menu that opens til 2 am in case you arrived late (which we did). The room is not as small as some reviewers made it to believe. It's clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and that's a must after walking all over the city during the day. The knock and drop coffee is cool but the coffee not that great. I would recommend this to any of my friends and definitely would stay here again.

It was a very good hotel located just north of the Loop. The room was modern, as was the lobby, and the amenities were quite good for the price. I would stay there again.

"Nice hotel close to shopping."
Very nice modern room, clean and spacious. Very quiet on 15th floor. Only downside was the pull out sofa bed was extremely hard. Other than that no complaints.

"Downtown Location is perfect"
This hotel is a jewel. If you want something a little different from the big chain hotels, try it. It is an architecturally significant building and my room was just great - corner room with huge windows. The staff is very helpful and goes the extra step to make your stay comfortable. The restaurant in the lobby is quite nice.

"Comfortable & cool stay in Lincoln Park."
We loved Hotel Lincoln during our recent stay in Lincoln Park. Great location for walks to Lincoln Park, zoo (free) and neighbor restaurants. Hotel staff were all helpful and friendly. It is an older building but renovation was well done and it has a fun, easy-going atmosphere with pleasing rooms. Room was colorful, clean and bedding was cozy. Our family ( with 2 kids ) loved the style and are planning on staying there for our future visits. A Chicago visit with a neighborhood feel.

"I will call her Royalty Rebecca - best massage!!"
I am an interior designer in Los Angeles and had tons of meetings in Chicago and arrived in the early morning fresh off of a red-eye from Los Angeles which was TERRIBLE. The 8am massage was the relief that I needed and Rebecca was amazing.
