"Pleasant experience in the heart of Chicago."
Met friends for a weekend getaway. Hotel was enjoyable due to the accommodating staff, excellent food served in the street-level restaurant by attentive employees, helpful concierge, fun roof-top club with indoor and outdoor seating for great views of the surrounding city, distinctive and contemporary features in the room such as wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows with black-out shades, wood flooring, plenty of light fixtures, and a very cool bathroom.

Great experience, liked the fact that there were only about 5 rooms per floor, so it was relatively quiet even though my room faced the lift. Very comfortable room, especially the bed, and enjoyed the shower room with the rain shower and hand-held spray. The cookies at the end of the evening, with the next day's weather forecast were a nice and homey touch.

Location: I made a reservation of this hotel to attend a 3-day conference in Sheraton, which needs to walk in 20-25 minutes (depending on what kind of shoes you wear). It was a bit rush in the morning so i would take a tax, which the hotel staffs would arrange for you. The hotel is great for shopping on the Michigan avenue, only a few blocks away (5 minutes of walk to the Water Tower). The lobby is modern and clean, so as the elevator and the room. Not a fancy hotel but one with efficient and reliable service.

"Great Hotel, Great Coffee"
Stayed at the Lincoln for two nights in March 2015. Really enjoyable stay just outside of the heart of Chicago, no stress getting downtown, bus was just across the road and took maybe 5 minutes to get there. The room was clean and comfortable and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Very friendly (and attractive) staff!
