"Three girlfriends stayed for 3 nights at Coliver house on Claybank farm. We had an exceptional visit, enjoying the surrounding property, mares and foals. Julia was a very generous and attentive host. We were so fortunate to be able to go with her to visit Spendthrift Farm. Seeing the stallions, trophy room, and spectacular beauty of the grounds was the highlight of our stay. Thank you, Julia and Des for such a memory. And Pepper, you are a dear and a talented tee shirt artist."

"The property and house were both wonderful. The views of the Kentucky hills with horses grazing, rabbits, chickens, ducks and geese roaming added to the entire experience! Our host was extremely friendly to everyone in our group. A foal was born during our time there and he willingly shared the experience with us and put up with our constant checking on the other horses that were also ready to foal. "Excellent working farm in the rolling countryside of Kentucky. Host was so kind. Treated us to some of their produce straight from their garden. Gave us a tour of their working fiber mill on the farm that uses their own wool from their sheep and lamas. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. Overall just a quiet restful place to take a step back in time. Looking forward to visiting again in the future"
