Pet friendly farm stay This lovely updated farm stay includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a great open floorplan. Bring your family, dog, and enjoy all 5 acres. Come interact with the horses and have a bonfire in the yard. The home is located right on the border of Lexington, Paris, and Georgetown and has a wonderful country feel with all the modern amenities. Plenty of parking and storage if needed. Sleeps eight+ 15 mins to Kentucky Horsepark, 20 mins to Keeneland racecourse, 20 mins to the University of Kentucky, and just minutes from Evans Orchard. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside and some of the most prestigious Thoroughbred farms in the world. 3 Queen sized beds, 1 CA King, and an oversized sectional sofa. 20 mins to Lexington Bluegrass Airport, and 90 minutes to Louisville Airport. The horses were friendly and there was a chicken that loved people. There was lots of space and the beds were very comfortable. Taking a walk down the road to see the other farms in the area was beautiful during our spring stay. We planned to make many of our meals on location and the kitchen was mostly stocked. This is an older home that has been remodeled and is situated in a beautiful area near Lexington. The view out the windows is just like you imagine Kentucky horse country to be! We found it very convenient for our travels to the horse farms and distilleries, yet out of the hub bub of the City. The layout is a little different since it's an older home, but it works ok. The larger bed is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs, so be prepared for getting your exercise. Emily is just starting to rent this out, so she's working on the details, but very hospitable.
