"Ideal spot for honey moon or celebrating special occasion with significant other. My wife and I came for our 10 year anniversary and scheduled a photo shoot on the premises. The rooms were surreal. "Wonderful resort in St. Lucia. The rooms were spacious and clean, and while they weren't brand new, they were in a perfectly good condition. Beach: Excellent beach with lots of things to do for kids and teens, including a water slide, large water trampoline and a water platform for relaxing or jumping off of. "Overall beautiful resort. We loved the food at the buffets and the restaurants. Everything we had to eat was amazing. The resort is not beach front.However, they take you on a golf cart ride to their other resort within the property palma real which has the beach access but its quick. Their is a beach front restaurant there called alulu that you can dine in for breakfast and lunch and you have access to beach chairs as well. "Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family."
