"All the staffs were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very new and chic. Our room were kept clean everytime we come back from our daily tours. As promised by Brendan (service desk) I had a cake for my birthday waiting at our room . Axel was very nice as well, my husband was impressed. All in all, we had a great stay and will recommend to our friends."

"Great place for our stay in Barcelona. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, food stores, metro. Great fun walking to the beach for the sunrise over Barcelona. As was noted in other reviews it is a four story house so there are a lot of stairs but it was not a problem for us. May be an issue if you have a car because parking was at a premium but we used the metro everywhere we went. I would recommend this place and the area of Barceloneta for a stay in Barcelona."

"My wife and I were visiting Barcelona for 3 days. The apartment is right in the middle of Barceloneta, which is an older neighborhood on the beach with narrow streets and many, many restaurants. The Barcenoleta metro stop is a few blocks away. The only negative was hauling suitcases up two narrow flights of stairs."

"This was a comfortable property, very close to the beach and many good Tapas restaurants as well as a lovely Italian café, vegan café and poke bowl café pretty much right outside the door. It is quite busy right outside since the bus stop is directly at the top of the street and most people then walk down the street to the beach area. The air-conditioning worked well. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mould in the apartment, which you got used to but it never went away. I did notice...

"This place was in a safe neighborhood and a 2 minute walk to the beach! The apartment was clean and our host was very responsive and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby and a bus stop almost right outside the door which made getting around simple. I would highly recommend this property!"

"The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to the beach and there are lots of restaurants in walking distance. We stopped into their office for assistance with an issue (nothing to do with the apartment) and they were extremely helpful! Would definitely rent from them again."
