I could not believe the service - the very highest standard, where every single person makes you feel welcome, and wants your stay to be the best ever. Turn down service with hand made sweets, wonderful fitness room, Long Bar, where I was able to have coffee with colleagues in town. It was all amazing. "

The only negative was a one in the morning fire alarm malfunction, which made everyone get up and gather in the lobby while th Fire department figured out what was going on. Management did not address the issue or offer any kind of.compensation for the inconvenience."
