“We love Boston”

We had a great stay. Very convenient location for all the places we enjoy going to when in the city.

“Excellent”

Good room, good accomodation and helpful staff. We were initially given a sub-ground room which was dark, but when the staff realised we were staying for a few days, we were moved even before we commented. The semi-basement room would have been as clean and comfortable, but it was dark and neededf a light on all the time.

Rooms need a refresh. BUT -- great location--close to a T-stop; staff excellent; on-site parking (available (usually); great price. Highly recommended

“Great Location, But Needs a Refresh”

Located just a block from T-stop, so central to everything Boston. Staff wonderfully freidnly and helpful. Room left something to be desired, tho -- was quite shabby (peeling ceiling, for example). Also, wife complained mattress was uncomfortable. Definitely would stay here again; this was our third stay; previous stays' rooms were actually better. Just wish the condition this time was better.

“Not the Ritz but not bad”

Great location near Pru Center. Cute, apartments in 'vintage' buildings. Good value for the traveler. Rooms were clean and were made up daily for us. Condition of the property is far from pristine but nothing affecting sanitation or privacy. Just a little rough.

You've got: a great location. You've got: a very reasonable price. You've got: a kitchen. You've got: a bathroom and shower. You've got: a clean room. You've got: a great neighbourhood and a charming brownstone. What more do you want? Let's play ball. Oh yea, it's also close to Fenway Park.

“Comfortable for the deaf”

I would certainly recommend Copley House, but I would tell at the same time that the chance that you will be pestered by noise from your upstairs neighbors is quite high.

“Comfortable apartment style hotel - good location.”

This hotel is really good if you want a bit more independence and privacy as the rooms are more like separate apartments. Ours (which I think was a medium suite) had a seating area, dining area and small kitchen, as well as a massive bed. Staff do come in and change the bed and towels each day. We were in the St Stephen's Street building and we found the building to be very quiet, no noise at all from other rooms. The street is in a lovely residential area that was also quiet and felt safe. It is also very near to the Prudential Centre and there are other smaller shops nearby (including a Wholefoods Market). Very near to subway stops as well. Only downside was our room was in the basement and the ceiling was quite noisy (presumably someone moving in the room above).

Great location, great price

“Good hotel.”

Had to buy our own toilet paper and batteries for the remote... But other than that, it was fun easy to sleep and a nice view and walk from hynes convention center.
