"Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a delight. Mostly western food with mixture of pastries. My little girl enjoys the food. Location is near a subway station. Suitable for strollers. It is just opposite a market and nearby there are a lot of dinjng options available. Walkable to Namba. The only downside is the carpet cleaning which seems to be a little dirty even after we requested to clean it. Room is quite decent and the toilet is a bit small."

Cleaniless is really their top priority as the room is really clean and they will make sure to clean the room regardless every 3 days. Staff are very nice as well.
