"Stayed here towards the end of April with my two kids (5 and 7). It was located in a beautiful part of Gilbert and close to everything we needed. The property is fantastic, with a great yard, and an awesome fenced pool area. Located about 50 yards away from the home is a fun park area. The guest house had everything we needed, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be booking here again in the future. Cheers!"

"I chose this apartment for 1) reviews of cleanliness, and 2) full kitchen (had to make a dessert for an event). Counters, range, fridge, bath and linens were immaculate, utensils not. Kitchen had a single saucepan, bread knife only, and cookie sheet. Vinyl plank floor was vacuumed (except for corners) but apparently never mopped; when I got in the shower after going barefoot (only) in the apartment, water from under my feet ran black. "We enjoyed our stay. I had my dates one day off so we showed up one day early! Whoops. NO problems said the manager. Kathleen. Great gal and helpful. We thought an update was/is in order for the property - extremely short toilets. I never have seen them quite so low and a relatively easy upgrade - not to mention the water savings that would be gained with new toilets. Close to restaurants and fairly close to Old Town Scottsdale. It's a yes from us."

"Great location, close to major Hwys and connecting streets. Nice residential neighborhood. Easy access to numerous Spring Training Stadiums. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Only issue was the height of the bed. It could be difficult for some elderly persons or those with hip/knee issues to get in/out of the bed. There is a step stool in the bedroom closet that I used throughout my stay to do so."
