“Book with fear!”

The business center was not able to accomodate the services I was requiring during my trip to Phoenix. The shower was horrible, the feel of the room was very cramped and moldy smelling. I would not recommend this to any future guests. I will not be staying at this facility on my upcoming business travels.

“Centrally Located!”

This hotel was newly remodeled. Great Central location ! The pool was great and the hot tub was huge!!! Having the Deluxe Suite was perfect- having a kitchenette and two bath rooms was soo convienient. We will definetly stay at 3 Palms agin when we return to Phoenix for Baseball Season!

Area recommendations

Downtown Scottsdale has it all. Tacos and Tequilas was the perfect spot for the Sunday Night Football game~ Just walking around downtown is a blast!

“PAPER THIN WALLS”

“Nice place”

We enjoyed our stay, the walking park was lovely and the hotel staff were great. We left a laptop in the room accidently and they sent it back to us right away. Great Place!

“"Motel on Steroids"”

Quaint clean and quiet motel on steroids in a quiet neighborhood. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Reception desk staff need retraining on customer service.
