"Room has an amazing view. Bed and linens were good. Pillows a bit flat. Bathroom needs update. Had to call out the for service about the toilet being clogged twice. Very nice service staff. Had plenty of food options onsite. Overall pretty nice place. A bit on the pricey side though. "

"Newly renovated so everything was up to date and working. Quiet, clean comfortable rooms. Easy to walk to many restaurants and to bus line (though harder to figureout). Downside breakfast didnt start until 630am. "

"This was an over-night stay to conduct some business in Anchorage. As always we travel together, the Wingate is an older place showing its age, but the rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was great as many of the local hotels no longer provide this service, it makes Wingate a go to for those without wheels. All in all I would stay again, although it's not my first choice when in Anchorage. "
