Check-in and check-out process takes too long. Get up early if you don't want to miss your flight. The water in the bathroom in my room was constantly getting cold and hot. That's why my shower experience was so bad."

"After a few years going backwards, it seems this hotel took a new air (management) and is going back on track. The location is ideal, yet, they have to do something with the car entrance. On weekends the small street leading to the hotel is used as a parking lot for the theater beside and the cable car facility. Thus, it's a battle to go in or out (taxis needed to get us down one block away). "

Lots of restaurants within a 15 minutes walk. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff that usually included a fluent English speaker."
