"Near to the bed frame. There was feathers and hair. Bed mattress was sinking. Seem like it has not replactdor long usage. Only good thing about the hotel is the location. Right in the CBD for shopping. Staffs seem not familiar with the surrounding. When asked about where to get local food or mall . They seem can't be bothered to talk to you. "

"Good convenient hotel to airport. I’ve stayed here 2 times on different occasions. The shuttle bus that is easier to figure out and take from hotel to airport vs airport to hotel. Drinks are over priced in restaurant but in house convince store is great. Breakfast buffet was great. Dinner was ok; recommend to order local menu options and not the American or other nationality foods. "

"We had two weeks stay at the hotel and we enjoyed it very much, from the location with amenities around it to the buffet with great selections and perfectly brewed coffee. The staffs are well trained and courteous, the room spacious and clean. The only downside is the internet access. As business owner, it's hard not able to manage daily operations remotely. "
