They did not want us to leave our card and asked us to pay for everything as we completed it. Sent out for laundry and it never came back. Had to call the desk to search for it, and was told that since we did not have a deposit we had to pay first before receiving our laundry. There was no message sent to us regarding the fact they were holding our laundry. We had to go and find it. I have noticed that the rooms are showing signs of aging and wear which is a bit disappointing. Also, there is massive construction on one side of the hotel and for the last 3 trips they have put me on the construction side. The room itself was mediocre at best, the view out the window looks down on a massive construction project, the pool was cold and had mold dripping off the walls, the breakfast was underwhelming and the food was as cold as the dining room. Things I had seen such as a free mini bar or hosted happy hour were not true either. All in all, a colossal disappointment. If this is the “concept” that Hyatt had in mind, they should go back to the drawing board.
