The aircon, even if switched to cool, only blasted out heat. I ended up switching it off and opening the windows. The sound proofing was poor, so most of the night all you can hear was the ding of the elevator every minute. The staff are very unfriendly. The manageress tried to upsell another more expensive room to me because the one we booked “wasn’t ready” at 2pm the time of check in, yet magically it was 5 mins later when I asked someone else.
