"Shower was extremely dirty like someone walked around with shoes on in it. Like how can that be missed? But they were quick to clean it up as best they could, even tho it was still Kinda rough. Not the quality I was expecting in the remixer tower with the upgrade I paid for. And found little bits of trash here n there but bed was clean and furniture was not too scuffed and worn. Decent. "

"Nice, relaxing property about a mile or so off the strip. Not very crowded. Good restaurants. Excellent customer service. 24 hour room service! Conveniently located across the street from restaurants and a pharmacy. I stayed in a very nice, upgraded suite in the ruby tower. I loved it. Except. There is no coffee pot, refrigerator or microwave for guest use. Also. If you don’t want to be charged DO NOT open the fridge or touch anything in there. "

"Clean property a real vacation experience although i went for work; hotel room was very quiet to make for restful sleep, convenient excess to monorail, within walking distance from most places although access to taxi and rides are very well appointed. Highly recommend Westgate Resort & Casino for your next experience in Las Vegas"

"Great hotel and staff! Convenient bus stop right out front. Close enough to the strip, but far enough to get away from the craziness of the strip. The pool side bar & grill was awesome, and having the little market right in the building was so great to pick up a pizza, drinks, or any toiletries that were forgotten.
