"This was a surprisingly nice property. I did nkt expect it to be so big inside with such a great upper lobby area. The staff was super friendly (except this 1 lady at the front desk-didnt get or pay attention to her name tag, but she seemed to be having bad days on both of my encounters with her) nevertheless, the bar, cleaning, and other front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. "3 elevators - AWESOME! No waiting, noatter what time i needed the elevator... Sounds small but very unusual and appreciated. Lounge in entry was nice, and unexpected. Television was horrible - no options to sign into streaming accounts and no real-time guide available on television. Would have liked room service from Bar Louie - excellent food!"
