"The property itself was in a very excellent location, because you have easy walkable access to the Petronas Twin Towers, the KLCC park which has a wonderful colorful water fountain ⛲️ show at night with music. The Saloma Link Bridge which displays a colorful bridge changing colors every 10-20 seconds outside and inside of it. Also, Avenue K shopping mall is across from the twin towers that offer a variety of dining or fastfood and a grocery store. All those tourists attractions are free to visit...

"I booked Kloe hotel based on the recommendation of another friend who had stayed here. This hotel is located right near shopping, restaurants but located on a quieter part of the area. The decor is very Brooklyn and reminds of a hipster hotel. Reasonable rates. They leave you a basket of Malaysian cookies and candies and have 2 carafes of filtered water for you. "The room (especially bathroom) is extremely dirty. The exhaust vent is filled with dust. Faulty air-conditioning system, generating extremely loud noise. Have to go to Lobby and request a room change . The TV of the replacement room (Room 701) turns out to be half broken. 6 out of 10 electrical switches do NOT work. If there is a dirtiest award for hotel, Grand Barakah Hotel at Ampang would receive unanimous vote. "
