"The resort is the only one of its kind in the main tourist area in Langkawi. It has multiple restaurants/ bars and 2 pools. The second pool had just been refurbished and was slick and modern, the larger pool area was more dated but was clean and really pleasant to cool off in. Food at breakfast was good and we enjoyed the lunch there too. The service was a solid 4 star but close to 5. "We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our Langkawi trip and wished we stayed longer. Whilst the rooms may be somewhat dated for a 5*, the customer service at this hotel is exceptional. After checkin they got in touch by WhatsApp to let us know they were available for any assistance 24’7. The facilities were nice, the staff were extremely polite and attentive. It was a real bonus seeing monkeys around the resort, (wish they had come to our balcony!) We didn’t have to wait long for a buggy and...
