The receptionists and managers were extremely rude. We had 3 rooms, one of our rooms still had a dirty towel in the room when we checked in. They didn’t provide any toilet tissues and the soap dispenser were broken in two of our room. The sink was clogged up and so we spoke to receptionist and they did not do anything at all. We spoke to the manager the next day and she didn’t do anything at all either. They were merely speaking in their language and smirking at us. Their reason for bad service and dirty room was because “it’s a two star hotel”. I do not recommend this hotel whatsoever.
