"The property was under construction so part of the dining area was sealed off and it was a bit drafty. Although the dining was convenient, the menu was limited and pricey. Front desk staff was friendly, and helpful."

"Location was wonderful, close to time square. The shower was also very nice. However, the room itself was very dark, dreary, antiquated and quite small. There was an additional nightly charge which was unexpected. I will not look to stay here again."

"I was in time square area for business . Hotel was decent enough in a good location to walk to many restaurants and attractions but they had 0 amenities . No bar , coffee station ( only a coffee maker in your room) no lounge / business area ,just a small check in area. It makes it very hard to justify the daily resort fees on top of the crazy NY taxes . Room was very small per usual and had a slight order . May be time to clean the carpets. The staff was very nice. "The only issue is the elevators, not enough and you end up waiting, over 15 minutes one day. "

"Though we arrived earlier than expected, we were offered a room immediately at no extra charge, and it was explained that we may wish to wait for one on a higher floor, but we were grateful for the convenience. Latterly, Eric the Concierge arranged transport to the airport for us. Very obliging gent. Desk staff very helpful. NB: Room 710 has a window that doesn't seem to close easily."
