"Ollantaytambo was a great experience for our family of 5. The hotel was a big part of that. The staff was extremely friendly and service minded overall. An example - we went to Machu Picchu, where we all had to get up and jump on a train at 5. The staff prepared breakfast boxes we could bring on the train. Something they did not have too. "Amazing view, ask for the 4th floor! Also please be aware that if you are staying here during their summer time that there is no ceiling fan, air conditioning and no mosquito net for the door/windows. Other than that we had an amazing stay and the their breakfast was pretty decent. "
