"The room was set at 25C upon my arrival at 9pm, it was very uncomfortable. I adjusted the thermostat, after some time I realized the fan wouldn’t respond and the room was still at 25C. An employee had to come fix the system with a controller since it was broken. The room stayed warm and he had to come back an hour later. Worst night in a hotel ever! It was very uncomfortable because of the heat and very uncomfortable to have an employee come in twice during the night to adjust the heating...

"We enjoyed our stay. Personnel was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. We would have liked a freshening of the washroom on the second day as we were staying 2 nights and were 3 people in the room. The elevator is slow and busy with cleaning personnel in the morning. It took a while for us to get down to reception from the third floor the morning of our departure."

"Absolutely lovely spot in Gaspé. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a comfortable room with a beautiful view. There was a free charger for our electric car - bonus. The on-site restaurant, Tetu, was excellent. We can recommend the fresh seafood pasta!"

"This is a nice place to stay at a reasonable price. The rooms are updated and very clean. It was our second time there and we will probably be back next time we are in Caraquet. There is a Sushi restaurant across the street that has the best Sushi I have ever had. Right beside it, is the Pub 118. This place is immaculately kept and they serve good pub food and good drinks. "
