We were craving some fresh fruit and the manager in the lobby actually got it for us! They went above and beyond! We had a lovely stay!"

"Two of the staff at Sonesta Suites provided excellent service. AGM, Wagner, addressed a problem immediately and sent a repairman. He contacted me personally to resolve an issue and by doing so, provided outstanding service. He was professional, friendly and efficient! The breakfast hostess, Maria, also provided excellent service by going out of her way to prepare waffles for the children when it was not waffle day. She was friendly, kind. "On the way to airport, with an overnight stay and left car for parking. Lyft driver was estimated for 9 minutes on return and it took her 30 minutes to get to the airport. That was frustrating."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Was like a mini furnished apartment with all kitchen amenities like cooktop, dishwasher, cookware and utensils. The rooms & bathrooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Really no negatives. Parking was convenient and safe. The only slight inconvenience I would say is the lobby is across the street (not a very busy street) and the breakfast is the same lobby building and so is the gym. Wish they had hot breakfast.
