"Nice hotel, great location as it’s so close to the bus stops and station which made it easy to get around. The staff were always so pleasant and accommodating, the room itself was a normal size (what you expect in Japan) and the amenities were good. Only wish that they cleaned our room/ bathroom better when we put our sign out as we stayed there 4 nights so fresh sheets and a general clean would’ve been nice but not a deal breaker at all! "Good location, modern interior. Lovely chandeliers in dining room! Reception area though is too dark it felt almost as if we were entering the Adams family front hall! Rooms are small but in keeping with Japanese hotels. Nice colour scheme almost regal. Beds are solid and good for sleeping. Pyjamas are provided!!! Which I love about Japanese hotels. Our room faced the street and was directly opposite the cleaners room ( which was opened and visible each time we left our room! Not a good idea...

"So close to the station that has almost everything in there. Dinning and shopping are excellent. There are walking tunnels just at the front door of the hotel to the station, very convenient. "
