Staff are like family. They get to know you and your family. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel room was beautiful. The beach was private and was able to take so many photos around the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve eaten at. They will customize meals to your preference.

We arrived during rainy season, yet we can still leave with happy memories, partly due to our stay at La Veranda! The staff are outstanding - they go the extra mile to enhance your experience. Little touches, such as providing an evening baked good in our room, really left an impression. Thank you La Veranda!

Beautiful gardens and pools.
We stayed in the seaside cottage which had an amazing view of the ocean. The cottage was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing- Starbucks coffee!!
The beach in front of the hotel was clean but…walking down the beach was a different story.
Long Beach desperately needs to clean up the garbage that collects along its shores.

We enjoyed our stay at Peppercorn Beach, the staff were amazing. They made us feel welcome and responded to any requests we had, such as arranging transportation, tours and providing information on our visits to town. The breakfast were delicious and there was always a supper special as well as a complete menu. The beach was sandy and well kept. The fresh water pool and the salt water pool were clean and enjoyable. We would highly recommend the Peppercorn Beach for anyone looking for a relaxing...

Everything at the AVS resort has been amazing.... the room, service, food, location, pool and airport pick up. Minutes to the beach... As it is so new, its like we have it to ourselves but it's so close to restaurants and bars not missing out on the social aspects of travelling and meeting new people. Very accommodating... had a scooter within minutes of checking in.

This was one of my most unusual stays at a resort as we came during low season and we were the only ones there for the week. The owners live on site and they were great at accommodating whatever we needed, which wasn’t much. But check in was simple, they brought our bags up to our room and the room was clean and cool. They provide small toiletries if you need. My only complaint was the hot water is so finicky that you sometimes are cold or burning hot and you’ll never know what’s coming...

This property is lovely: quiet with lush greenery and gardens, a beautiful little pool, and a nice beach with plenty of lounge chairs. Staff were the best, they are very friendly and supportive. Breakfast buffet was quite extensive and very fresh. The remainder of the food & drinks for later meals was so-so, but that is typical for a small resort. It is about US$4-7 to get a cab to go 12min drive to the main town for restaurants and the night market.
