The rooms were clean and very very quite considering the neighbourhood. It's a great location and most importantly, the staff were excellent. Bob went above and beyond to help us out with additional bookings and we really appreciated his hospitality. Everyone was wonderful. He helped us book a spa treatment which was amazing and the food here is phenomenal.

We had a beautiful one bedroom suite at the Peridot Grand. Yes, it is a luxury hotel. The entrance is grand and the lobby has beautiful decor. We stayed at this hotel unexpectedly and were pleasantly surprised. Checking in was lovely and staff took extra time to give us information about Hanoi and local sights/customs. We had booked a room with a window but it was impossible to see outside due to frosted glass and was too high even if it was not frosted. Breakfast was amazing! This hotel is outstanding! It is close to all amenities and services. Above all the staff are amazing. They were so friendly, attentive and helpful with all of our needs. They genuinely want to make your stay amazing. They always had welcome tea ready or offered to help with our travels. They are truly in a class of their own.

Excellent property. Fantastic location right in the old quarter and easily walkable to other major sites/areas. The room was clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and welcoming and really did go above and beyond to make this a great experience for us. Breakfast was plentiful (and delicious)

A smaller boutique hotel, well located, with the best service I have ever had. Don’t stay at a huge hotel, stay here for a luxury experience. The restaurant serves amazing food as well.

We just returned from a 2 day 1 night cruise on the Paradise Grand. It was perfect. We were tendered out to the boat and I wasn’t sure what to expect. We were met with a cool towel and drink and were well taken care of from the point on. Our cruise was through Lan Ha bay which is a bit quieter and I much preferred it. Breakfast had many choices. Aircon was nice and cold. All staff were super friendly and helpful. They were genuinely interested in our itinerary and how they could help. Staff was the highlight.

This is without a doubt the best hotel I have been in for a long time. Amazing amenities, amazing staff who are very friendly and accommodating. Wifi is great. The restaurant has a very nice menu to choose from and great food. The breakfast had lots of choices and well prepared. The management and staff are very professional. The room and the hotel was spotless. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a beautiful place to stay.
