The family suite is very large, with 2 separate rooms, 3 beds, and an impressive bathroom with twin showers. It fit a family of 4 well. The balcony overlooking the courtyard also has good views of the city. The staff were very welcoming and when they found out we had to checkout before breakfast service started, they made up special breakfast boxes for us to take away. Overall a great stay.

Andrea was very helpful as she allowed us to do an early check in, explained about local things to do. Breakfast was OK. Jacuzzi, pool operative but not whirlpool.

Great buffet and a few minutes to the city or central to the highways. A stunning place!

Walking distance to the towns centre and the ocean. Breakfast was amazing.

The hotel is located near the center of the older part of Ponta Delgado. The rooms were well designed and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and provided prompt service. The bar and restaurant had convenient hours and the breakfast included with the stay was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.

This was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in made even better by the superb staff. A big thank you to Sandra and Weverton and all the other staff. It was a delightful experience in all ways. The daily breakfast was fresh and wholesome and tasty. The dinners we had there were excellent. The rooms were beautiful. The pool was awesome and the view was incredible. Can't wait to get back.

We had a fabulous stay at Sensi. It is a beautiful property located in a rural area overlooking the ocean. The rooms are large and elegant. The dining room, bar area and spa are equally appealing. We loved the outdoor infinity pool, as well as the indoor pool and saunas. The staff and owners couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend Sensi.

Without a doubt this is the best hotel to stay at. Even prior to our arrival the staff were so helpful through email and helped secure us a rental car at half the price I was being quoted online. They also set up a taxi transfer from the airport. Our flight was delayed 7 hours but still the transport was waiting when we arrived at 4am! This was a more expensive hotel then what we would normally stay in, but we wanted to be close to the thermal pool. This was a very beautiful hotel. Rooms were very nice, clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. They provided special towels and robes for the pools whice were a nice bonus.
