We were extremely pleased with our room in this small boutique hotel. Roomy, quiet, comfortable, and very nicely furnished. The bed was excellent and the breakfast served on our private patio was of perfect proportions to start our day. There really isn't a negative thing to report, great shower, great bed, and a superb location to explore Maastricht by foot. There are stairs to climb but an elevator if needed. Beautiful hotel and area. Room was clean. Coffee in room and small snack for breakfast. Friendly staff. If you are arriving with your own vehicle make sure it is a small one. Very narrow street to get to hotel. It was worth it, we ha a lovely stay.

Room was perfect for us. Although we were there for only one evening, it was centrally located to the historical district, had great amenities which allowed us to wash all our clothes as we had been living like nomads for a couple of weeks. Highly recommend.

The room was awesome. Very clean. Location was excellent. Kevin, who was either running the place or owned it, was very friendly and wiling to provide advice on touring around Maastricht.

Absolute perfection!

Exactly as advertised. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and newer decor. Close to Maastricht train station and an easy 10 min walk to the town historical center. Hôtel checkin is in the bar/restaurant on main floor and quite easy. Lot’s of restaurants, cafe and other retail close by.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights. What a beautiful little place to stay. We would definitely stay here again. The room was very comfortable, and certainly not your usual hotel room! Attic room, with sitting area and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was a feast. We usually don't like springing for a hotel breakfast, but were not disappointed. Highly recommend Les Charmes

Hotel The Dutch was a comfortable self-service hotel. We would definitely stay here again. The room and bed were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.
