Pleasant reception, great location near everything, delicious breakfast with plenty of choices, and a nice, comfortable bedroom made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Such a unique place to stay. The pub has amazing food; loved getting breakfast in the morning. Everything was super easy. Would’ve loved some amenities in the room for us to store and heat up food, but still a lovely room.

The warm welcome and friendly staff were wonderful. It is a very well organized family run home from home with amazing breakfasts, comfy beds and great coffee, hot chocolate and a variety of teas in the room. We had a gorgeous view over the bay and could walk to everything. It was also close to buses when we wanted to further .

The person on the front desk (Andrew?) was incredibly nice and helpful. Inn is older but was in great shape, excellent views. Sitting room was nice to enjoy. Bathroom was small but totally serviceable. Room was cool with the window open and nice to hear the ocean. I'd go there again any time!

I stayed at this property for one week in mid-October 2024 and was fully satisfied with my stay. I was first struck on entering by its cleanliness - the condition was immaculate. The house is well laid out and the kitchen has all you need to settle in and take care of all your culinary needs. The bedroom I used was spacious and the bed was very very comfortable. I recently spent 4 nights at Swn Y Mor and am so pleased I booked my stay there. Steven and Chris are welcoming and caring hosts who made me feel at home in their lovely hotel. The room was clean and comfortable (especially the bed!) with thoughtful local touches like heart-shaped slate coasters for bedside drinks, plus a variety of teas and yummy gingerbread cookies. A delightful friendly stay. Would stay again

I loved this gracious and sparkling hotel/guest house. Everyone was extraordinarily friendly and competent, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I particularly liked the tasteful decor in shades of blue and grey. This was my first trip to the small resort of Llandudno, but I plan to return regularly and I'll recommend the town and the Beach House Hotel to everyone I know. I'd only booked for two nights, but would happily have stayed a week.
