Brian was very welcoming and helpful with all our queries. Room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and well organised. Close to the Pier and beach. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a lovely stay 😁

The warm welcome and friendly staff were wonderful. It is a very well organized family run home from home with amazing breakfasts, comfy beds and great coffee, hot chocolate and a variety of teas in the room. We had a gorgeous view over the bay and could walk to everything. It was also close to buses when we wanted to further .

Fantastic and helpful staff, nice large room, very good breakfast, and absolutely gorgeous location with a beautiful view of the beach, cliffs, pier, and town from the balcony with lovely seating. All at a fantastic price. Absolutely recommend a stay.

Everything about our stay at the view was excellent the breakfast was fantastic the staff were so friendly and attentive our room had a Mountain View and was so spacious all the little extras and finishing touches we had bathrobes a fan water tissues lovely comfy bed we will definitely stay here again

This quest house is excellent location with lovely view over the prom, they have everything from shoe horn, bath robes, cotton wool pads,ear buds, coffee,tea,water, shamppoo,conditioner,body wash, moisturiser,flannel,hairdryer ,the breakfast is fab they have thought of everything,their book in the room for info is also fab and much more, excellent stay.

It’s a lovely little guest house although it’s rather dated. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower was totally inadequate for modern needs. The location was superb and the garden you could sit in was absolutely beautiful. Overall it was a nice stay. Breakfast was lovely although we didn’t like having to pre-order the day before. You don’t always know what you want until the day of your breakfast. Little atttention to detail was missing such as the wall paper coming away from the wall slightly and a wall light bulb needing changing. The only other thing we didn’t like was having to pay a charge if you brought your own alcohol into your room. We didn’t and used the very well stocked honesty bar but it was just another little niggle. . .

Great guest house. The view of the bay is fantastic. We had lovely room, number 1, with fabulous views of the bay. Its really well situated close to lots of good restaurants. Great location for the great orme too. Its a really welcoming and easy going place. Brian and family were very accommodating. Plenty of outdoor seating and seating in lounge bar inside too. They operate a honesty bar, great idea, with good choices, beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks and some chocolate. (Crisps would be good). Free tea and coffee. We forgot our decaf teabags, was surprised they had some and gave us half a dozen for use in our room. Room was lovely, nice and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, choose what your want. Breakfast was pre-order it was lovely and freshly cooked, with good choices. Would recommend and return. Well done to you all.

Great base to explore Llandudno and North Wales. Excellent service, very comfortable bed, and a great view of the promenade. Parking in Llandudno can be tough but I never struggled to find a spot- either right in front of the hotel or a couple of mins walk further up at Happy Valley. Highly recommend!
