Booked 6 nights at CitizenM Bukit Bintang and I must say it was truly warm and welcoming staying here. The staff working there are all extremely friendly and approachable. The hotel and room itself was extremely quiet despite the hotel being situated in the city. I will definitely return to CitizenM Bukit Bintang on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Great looking hotel, very clean and great view of KL. Super close to Chinatown and extremely walkable. Even has a Train Station nearby as well.
Only gripe was that the signage either says Hotel Lobby or Mariott Bonvoy and to the uninitiated, you'd have to ask to confirm you are indeed at the Four Points by Sheraton.

We have stayed at Aloft before and have found the property to be very well located and convenient. The room was clean but as commented previously the property is a little aged and needs some upgrading especially the bathroom.
