The hotel is walking distance from the main train station (about 10 mins). It's a very safe area close to the river and in the middle of the best shopping in the city. Nestled between Fendi and Celine and overlooking Prada, Gucci, and Burberry...it's a shoppers dream. You can walk to everything from the hotel and there's amazing restaurants around. Hotel was clean, modern, and had all the little touches a 4 star hotel should have (but many don't). Staff spoke English and were extremely helpful...

My wife and I were amazed by the help offered by Daniele and team finding restaurants, reservations, and other services beyond what is to be expected from staff at a hotel
The rooms are beautiful and luxurious, unlike anything ever seen throughout Italy
Thank you

Superb hotel with available, attentive staff. A beautiful common room with tea and coffee always available. A full European and English breakfast with enough to satisfy any appetite. The only negative is the night noise from the busy square nearby. If possible, request a room away from the square.

We stayed in three hotels during our trip to Italy. By far this was the best hotel! It was a bit tricky to find at first because the name sign is so small, but once inside we were blown away by the quality of the rooms, the breakfast, and the amazing service. The rooms are spacious and luxurious - bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary bottles of water really made us feel welcome. The only downside is that it was confusing at first because the rooms are laid out in a challenging way, but you...

Great location (within walking distance to restaurants, gelateria, train station, and every sights in Florence). We had an amazing stay. The room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Sweets were left in the room with a greeting card for my daughter on her birthday.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 night when were in Florence for our honeymoon. Hotel is about a 4-7 minute walk from the train station. We arrived on the night train from Venice and was greeted by the lovely gentleman working the night shift at the front door. The room was clean, a decent size for 3 people as well as a porch area on the second floor that was just for us. They offer a great selection of breakfast items and rooms are all stocked with complementary water where as other hotels...
