The hotel was very clean, modern and located in a convenient location (walking distance) to most major sites. The front desk, breakfast room and cleaning staff were personable, attentive and incredibly helpful.

Highly recommendable, we actually learned this was the first hotel in Genoa ! Staff was amazing and so helpful, super well maintained hotel, our room was perfect. Close to city center just a short walk away and 3 minutes walk to Brignole train station. Good breakfast. Area can be noisy with cars and scooters.

Great location.

Restaurant for breakfast and dinner, amenities and staff was excellent. Very clean including the pool area. Only issue was that the gym didn’t open until 9am.

Amazing setting close to the arena and within easy walking of the old town. Located on a quiet little street one back from the main shopping street. Rooms were large, clean and modern. Good breakfast

We were pleasantly surprised with a lovely upgrade to our room! The hotel rooms are wonderful. Very comfortable and quiet. The lagoon is right outside the front door and is stunning at all times of the day. It is a bit of a walk to the main square but easily doable.

Loved this hotel was in such a convenient location and the breakfast buffet was amazing! Will definitely stay here again if im ever in Florence again.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Pur room easily accommodated our family of 3. The location is terrific, close to attractions, dining, transportation to the train station. Highly recommend this place to enayone

Beautiful spacious room ,ours had 2 storeys , overlooking the Piazza and a cathedral , very quiet, crisp white bedding, Very comfortable bed, spotless bathroom with bidet:)perfect location, walking distance to all venues and restaurants, superb breakfast buffet (included) Very professional and helpful front desk, A haven to come back to after a long walking day in overcrowded narrow streets , restaurants and museums in Florence .
