Wonderful experience, right in the heart of great shopping, farmers market, and walking distance to everything. One personel staff member at the desk(Felipo) was outstanding. Lovely hotel. Central location. Everything was about 10 min away. It was a birthday trip with my little daughter and the staff surprised me with a cake and a candle for breakfast. Breakfast daily was so good! They have umbrellas for the rain. Nice hot shower. Just great. Would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location! Room was very clean. The carpet in the room looked old and was stained in some places but we didn’t mind. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. The painted ceiling in the lobby is very pretty. I would recommend and stay here again

This cutest little hotel in the middle of Florence! The location was perfect just a 9 minute walk from the train station and no more than 10 minute walk to the tourist spots around the city! Right in front of the hotel is an incredible trattoria with a huge line! Just my luck I showed up and they had a spot for me! Would definitely book again if I find myself in Florence again!
