I think this hotel has a potential for 5 stars. I just want to share things that didn’t work for us. But first the positive: wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was impressive, but you must arrive early or you will be waiting on a long line and it was super crowded and buffet hard to navigate. We spoke with other hotel guests who were frustrated that the lines were so long they had to just give up on . We didn’t like was that you have to keep your hotel key card in a slot in the room if you want to keep the power on in the room. I know that they are trying to be very energy however for the money we paid we would like to have a nice air-conditioned room when it’s 80° outside when I arrive back to my room. So we figured out a trick which was to ask for a third room key and then we kept that room key always in the slot so that we could keep our room cooled down and didn’t have a stuffy hot room every time we were out for the day. However, housekeeping took the card out of the slot, and so our room was hot. We asked the front desk staff if that’s what housekeeping was told to do and they were very vague. Be sure to get yourself a third card key so you don’t have to have an overly hot or cold if it’s cold weather room. The television lets you cast via your phone or iPad to watch your favorite streaming shows, but they couldn’t resolve it so we had 5 days not being able to watch her shows. The hotel in an excellent location but we would never stay again

9/10 Wonderful! (84 reviews)
Great size for our family of 5. Walk to CN Tower, Rogers Centre etc was about 30 mins, with 3 teenagers. Quiet area, very safe. The apartment was clean, and had all the facilities you would expect and the building was secure. The host was helpful, and effeicent. Overall a great experience.
