Property was well maintained

The room was clean. The resort was nice. There are multiple hotels which make up the entire resort. There are shuttles to take you from one location to the next. My only complaint is the all inclusive was only for the hotel you were staying in. And the near by amenities for that hotel. You were able to travel to other hotels but you had to pay to eat and drink. I would return.

The room was fantastic cleaned, There was two incident that occurred , maid cleaned the room late 3:30 pm. And my husband and I left some items on the balcony (swimsuit , strawhat,cap and trunks)when we checked out,.I had a friend who was still at the resort check the front desk, no one seen the items.

Friendly staff, excellent food

Quiet, calm, and relaxing. Excellent hotel and staff. For location reference - $25 taxi ride to luxury shopping and activities. $50 taxi ride to the flying fishbone restaurant.

We had such a wonderful stay at JOIA Aruba! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, check-in was easy, and the welcome refreshments were such a nice touch. The hotel is absolutely beautiful — modern, peaceful, relaxing, and so well designed. Our room was spotless, and we absolutely loved having the bathtub on our balcony! The evening turndown service was another little detail that made the experience feel extra special. The food was amazing at every restaurant we tried, and we loved the coffee shop and pastries too. Spending the day by the beach was so relaxing, especially with the staff bringing food and drinks right to our chairs. We also really enjoyed the live music and evening entertainment. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from Palm Beach, and our spa experience was wonderful as well. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and truly enjoyed every part of our stay. JOIA felt luxurious without losing that peaceful, relaxing Aruba feeling. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it! 🌴❤️

El mejor hotel de Aruba

The room was always clean and updated, but the USB port next to the bed did not work, and there was no other outlet next to the bed for usage. Also the hallway smelled of must and water. The hallways and lobby need updating. The swim up bar pool was absolutely disgusting. Slimey and dirty water. Palace pool was MUCH better. 10/10 for the palace pool and grounds. Breakfast and lunch 10/10 but there needs to be more dinner options. Steak house maxing out at 6pm in unacceptable. Overall experience was a 6/10. I would stay at the palace side next time.
