I paid fully through Expedia yet when I went to go check in, I was charged an additional $81.24 in “taxes”. Nowhere in the listing nor the confirmation email from the hotel did it state this would happen. Mind you, my total price paid prior to the additional fake tax was $402 (including TAXES and stay protection). $81.24 is almost 30% of my stay price. How does that even make sense? So serves me right for trying to go the budget route because between the scam tax + taxi costs because you’re pretty much in the middle of nowhere, I definitely learned my lesson.

My wife and I are staying the hotel for celebrate her birthday, the hotel prepared the room with little surprise and all the staff we met are friendly and helpful. We like the food and amenities of the hotel and we especially enjoy the sound bath healing provided by the hotel, it is relaxing and helpful. We love the activity and attend two morning while we are staying, we highly recommend to people who wants to relax or just want to experience what is sound bath.

The staff was rude and they didn’t have the rooms we had requested to accommodate us. And they didn't try to work with j us and come up with a solution…. The check in process was super long. I would not stay at this resort again.
