Check-in was easy and the coffee machine in the lobby is a nice touch. All around, a nice and peaceful stay.

First class hotel and awesome restaurant . Never disappoints. Having the Playhouse and world class Broadway dhows makes it a very special night !!

Good hotel in general. However, missing a few things and could use helpful improvements: -Main light in room was not working. -It took 5 minutes to figure out which handle of the showers controls what and how to get it just right. -Hotel doe not have amenity to print boarding passes for flight -Outdoor skyline deck is locked at 8PM -Walls are not sound-proofed at all and next door guests sound almost as if in your room

Hotel is beautiful. Our room as spacious and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar attached to the property which we did not eat at, but it is convenient. The hotel has a happy hour in the lobby from 5-6pm which was a nice surprise. Not sure if this was standard or just for America's 250th. Valet is expensive, but it was worth it for us to use. It is conveniently located across from Independence Hall. A perfect location to see all the sites. The only negative I would say is I wish the coffee service was longer as there is no coffee in the rooms. We missed the coffee by 5 minutes. When they say they put it away at 9AM, they mean it. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.

A super fine hotel with multiple restaurants. Rooms are on 6 floors starting on the 52nd floor. Quite amazing views. Restaurant ("SkyHigh") Is on the same level (60th Fl) as a reception area and has two bar areas plus dining seating with the same spectacular views. Nice jazz combo on the Monday night we stayed. The staff including the bell hop service at 5:15 in the morning were right on time and super helpful. I would say this is the nicest hotel in Philadelphia by far.

A few highlights about the property and then specifics, Scale from 1-10 (10 best) Location - 11 (ELEVEN) The best location by far. Room - 7.5 Deluxe King (hardly deluxe) -Small-ish and in need of updating, clogged shower (fixed) and not 100% clean. There was a bottle cap on the floor by the bed when we arrived and still there 2 days later. Someone is not cleaning properly. Door Staff - 3 - I opened the door more than acceptable at a Ritz -Carlton Reception - 8.5 - Friendly except for check out time. Did not even acknowledge us while on their computer. Lobby Bar and Restaurant - 4.5 - Lacks service levels and the Cesar salad was not edible. Time for a new F&B Manager, Chef, and new cuisine concept. Bathroom Commode - You better be small and thin. Just overall not a RITZ CARLTON experience.

I stayed in two different units at One Sky Loft. Overall, the place does look like the pictures, it is comfortable, and it has the essentials for a practical stay, including things for cooking and preparing meals. However, in this unit, there were a few important issues. There was an unpleasant smell that became stronger in the afternoon and at night, almost like paint or chemicals. Also, the Wi-Fi was almost nonexistent: very slow and unstable, which was pretty inconvenient. Another downside was that the unit was listed as having a window with a city view, but that was not the case. I had stayed in another unit before where I did get a window with a city view, so this was disappointing for the price. Other than those issues, the space is functional, looks like the photos, and has good amenities, but these details definitely affected the experience.
