Great place to stay. Everything we needed for a nice getaway. Host was very nice and left yummy muffins for our stay. Everything was clean and host is right next door if you need anything. We would definitely stay again!

Easy check in place was clean bed was nice comfortable. Located within a short distance to everything. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking if you want to. No TV so don't look for one but you don't need one so you can just watch the horse and buggies go up and down the road. We enjoyed our stay would stay there again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Scenic View Lodge. Love it! Great location. Near almost everything. Host is very nice. Place is exceptionally clean. Private parking right out the back door. Nice front porch for watching the sun rise and a back porch for watching sunsets.Loved sitting on the front porch and enjoying the morning air and lovely views of the surrounding farms. Well stocked unit with ample bathroom and kitchen supplies. Plus, fully stocked with all other usual bathroom and kitchen items. Washer and dryer was a big plus! Nicely decorated for the holidays.Homemade muffins were waiting for us on the kitchen table. Delicious! Looking forward to returning again.

This was a great place to stay. It was comfortable and felt like home. The directions were great, and the property was warm and waiting after a long drive. Everything was clean, and the chairs and couch were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. The bathroom was well-appointed as well. This was the third place we stayed on our trip, and it was the best by far. We would stay there again. This would be a great home base for a longer trip in the area. Thank you, Sadie and Amos

I loved it! I saw and had the experience of living with the Amish, watching their horse-drawn carriages. It was so peaceful and tranquil; I highly recommend it. The house has everything you need; it's easily accessible and very close to many tourist attractions.

Sadie and Amos were lovely hosts, welcoming, helpful and informative. Sadie sent me to a great Amish grocery that had everything I needed. Their place was clean, safe and had everything we needed for an extended stay. She also has some lovely crafts. We would love to return next year.

Great location! Close to many attractions, shopping, and food. Highly recommend this place. Place was very clean and well kept. Kitchen, pantry, and refrigerator stocked with many basic food items. Plenty of towels, washcloths, blankets, extra sheets, and dish towels.Host was kind and welcoming. Loved the front porch! Great for morning tea and watching the sun rise. Nice quiet location. While the lodging was very comfortable. clean and well-stocked it was just a bit too far off the beaten path for us. We had to drive 30 minutes or further each time we wanted to eat or visit an attraction. It is great if you just want to get away and do nothing. Perfect for that except for the neighborhood dog that barked FAR into the night.
