Lovely big room, huge comfortable bed. Really nice chairs. Good buffet breakfast. Very modern. Pleasant front of house staff.

The staff were wonderful and one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to visit after we checked out. Service at both check-in and dinner was excellent. This is a small boutique hotel surrounded by quiet forests and farmland, making it a peaceful place to relax. The architecture and decor are beautiful and thoughtfully done, giving the hotel a unique character. We were happy to support such kind people who clearly take pride in what they do. They have created a special place and are doing a fantastic job.

Had an absolute blast staying at this wonderful hotel. 1 minute walk from Abando Metro Station and just around the corner from a street full of Pintxos/Tapas Bars. 10-12 minute walk from the Famous Guggenheim Museum to the Northwest, and roughly the same distance to Casco Viejo (Old Town) to the East across the river. There's a 24h shop just 2 minutes away. Staff are super helpful and caring. Cleaning is carried out daily and the breakfast buffet is spoiled for choice. Room service is available until 22:30. You are provided with a mini fridge as well as a shaving kit and a toothbrush and paste, The bar prices however make no sense since you can have the same for less just a minute walk away. But overall I had a fantastic time! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful day at the Palacio Arriluce and especially enjoyed an afternoon of relaxing on their terrace by the pool overlooking the harbor. The staff was very helpful providing guidance for our day trip into Bilbao to visit the Guggenheim Museum and for dinner reservations nearby. The breakfast were great and we had a nice dinner one night at the hotel.
