"Leider hat mein Sohn sein Chip Armband im Aquapark verloren. Ich habe dies weiter gegeben und wurde behandelt wie ein Schwerverbrecher. 40 Euro Strafe finde ich eine Sauerrei für diese Armbänder! Die Rezeptionistinnen bis auf ein, zwei Ausnahmen sehr unfreundlich."

"Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door.
