The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. The staff showed incredible flexibility and compassion, making a stressful situation much easier for us. The Grand Hyatt is centrally located and safe, comfortable beds and the bathroom soaking tub is wonderful. My reason for 4 stars is because the hotel WIFI is horrible. It takes forever to connect and disconnects frequently. I was trying to make plans for a group excursion to the Space Needle and I kept getting dropped internet.
