The building is brand new with very well equipped apartments, last last technology and good taste. It was very clean. I like very much the silverware and tableware. I would change de pillows. It is located in a residential neighborhood, very quiete. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is very affordable for short or long stay. In general everything is very God. It deserves better facade foto of the building at Hotels.com.

Mi primera experiencia en este hotel hace dos años fue excelente y por eso decidí regresar. La ubicación es muy buena, el hotel es agradable y el personal es amable desde la llegada. Además, me encanta la distribución de las habitaciones dobles: puedes viajar con otra persona y compartir el mismo espacio, pero cada una tiene su habitación y baño privado, lo que brinda mucha privacidad. Sin embargo, esta vez sentí que la calidad desmejoró bastante. El lavamanos de mi habitación estaba tapado, lo reporté y tuve que volver a llamar al día siguiente para que lo solucionaran. También noté que las toallas se ven bastante curtidas y ya necesitan renovación. Lo que más me decepcionó fue el desayuno. Hace dos años era excelente, con buena variedad, huevos preparados al gusto y café o chocolate recién servidos. Esta vez los huevos estaban fríos, el café recalentado y con sabor a quemado, algo especialmente decepcionante estando en Colombia. Varios pocillos que tomé estaban sucios y durante dos días la papaya tenía mal sabor, como si ya estuviera dañada. El hotel tiene muchas cosas positivas y por eso regresé. Espero que puedan mejorar estos detalles y recuperar la calidad que tenían anteriormente.
