Sunshine Suites is our go to Cayman spot. They have recently renovated and it looks great. Only downside this trip was the Sunshine Grill was closed for renovations (but it will be open later this spring). Access to beach through it's sister property adds tremendous value.

Beautiful resort! Pool was to cold for anyone to swim but the beach was stunning! Amazing restaurants and great staff.
