"nice hotel with excellent staff"
Our check in was the most prompt one ever. We were taken to our room by one of the staff members who was very knowledgeable of the property and Island. The hotel was nice and within walking distance of many restaurants and store. The beach staff was EXCEPTIONAL and the cabanas were nice and spacious. Valet staff was also amazing. The employees were the best at this hotel. Our family will definitely return.

Very nice condo. Well maintained, everything worked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Centrally located and short drive to beach club. Did not have any trouble parking at beach and reserved spot at condo. Rental car a must for this location.

"nice hotel close to the beach... "
Hotel was very clean and nice. The hotel pools were great and clean. The beach was perfect-close distant to the hotel. Hemmingways: My advice is stay away- overpriced mediocre food. Only night they had good food was the bbq beach night and thats because they bbq it... Also, made a mistake and tried to give them another try for breakfast- horrible, french toast was cold- got breakfast to go instead of sitting there and they still charged me a gratuity fee- was not happy at all.

"Nice Place, but..."
Great place and great staff. Only issue was access to the internet--slow and expensive for 24 hours. Wanting to do a lot out doors, the only way to check the weather was by internet. No one we talked with seemed to check the weather. Had 8 inches one day!

""Quiet and relaxing""
Not located on Seven Mile Beach but located in the North Sound with no ocean to swim in. The Holiday in was nice We were there for 4 nights. Nice/clean room, pleasant staff.. The beds are comfy and the hotel was quiet. The hotel is a distance from Georgetown, so you will need a car if you want to see the island. On our way to the hotel, we got lost; and I say lost, as in 1 hours of driving in circles. The hotel itself was a little difficult to find. Their WiFi was very spotty. It only consistently worked near the lobby. If you are looking for a quiet relating time, this is the spot for you! It is a short walk to the 7-mile Beach. Great for family or couples. Rooms on the pool side have the best views and access to the restaurant and the sea. You get a wonderful ocean breeze and stunning sun-rises from this resort. I recommend this resort to anyone visiting the island but caution against having expectations too high. It’s a safe, clean and reasonably priced resort with friendly and helpful staff, all of which met my expectations. Activities for guests in the evenings.... Having to leave the hotel to find fun after a day at the beach is not very convenient and if you have no car it makes it more difficult. The pool area needs lighting, dark almost all the area; swim in the pool in the dark is not very nice.
